Marcelle Ashcroft

Managing Director

Marcelle has an extensive background in the financial services industry and has held the role of Head of Business at Link Market Services in New Zealand since its inception. Previously, Marcelle had been involved in the co-ordinating, planning and process development of several successful New Zealand energy sector demutualisations, such as EnergyDirect Corporation and Power New Zealand, and held the responsibility for managing United Network's investor relations.

Marcelle was appointed Head of Business for BT Registries New Zealand in 1999 and appointed a Vice President of BT Financial Group (Australasia) in 2000. Marcelle is a member of the New Zealand Security Registrar's Association.

Stan Malcolm

Head of Business Development and Strategy

Stan has been involved in the financial services industry for over 25 years and has held the role of Head of Operations at Link Market Services in New Zealand since its inception. He has held operational and management roles with Perkins Hargreaves, Duesburys, National Registries, BT Registries, and Computershare. Stan was a Business Analyst and Corporate Actions Manager, for BT Registries New Zealand from 1999 – 2002 and more recently held the role of Assistant Share Registrar for Fonterra.

Stan has been on various securities industry committees. He is a member of the New Zealand Security Registrar's Association, the NZ Institute of Directors (NZIoD), and the Institute of Finance Professionals New Zealand (INFINZ).

Lynn Wilson

Manager - Operations

Lynn is responsible for the Operational team in New Zealand and has over 17 years experience, having joined National Registries in 1994 as a Senior Registrar. Previously, Lynn held the position of Manager, Investor Communication and Investigations at BT Registries, and has had significant experience in all transactional registry processing. In 2000, Lynn was seconded to BT Funds Management where she was responsible for foreign exchange deals and unit trust transactional processing.

Lynn controls the day-to-day operational output of Link, managing workflows, performance against SLAs, new staff inductions, and overseeing the processing and staffing of special projects / corporate actions.

Audrey Russell

Manager - Debt Capital Markets & Projects

Audrey is responsible for the Debt Capital Markets area of Link Market Services in New Zealand. Audrey has had over 16 years experience in share broking operations, specifically in custodial and debt securities. She moved to Link from Goldman Sachs JB Were, where she spent 4 years in the Fixed Interest area. Previously, Audrey was managing operations at ASB Securities, having returned to New Zealand from 6 years in the United Kingdom with Barclays Stockbrokers.
